A home inspection performed before placing a home on the market protects the seller and helps a home stand out in a competitive market. Addressing issues with the physical condition of the home in advance reduces the chance for price negotiations and delays at closing.

Home inspections for buyers
The purchase of a home can be a complicated and emotional
process. A thorough and impartial home inspection is critical in helping the home
buyer make the right choices. At Axiom Building Inspections, your home inspector
brings years of experience in the real estate process to add the insight and knowledge
that bring peace of mind to the client.
Builder’s warranty home inspections
Before the expiration of a builder’s new house
warranty, obtain a warranty home inspection from an ASHI Certified Home Inspector
at Axiom Building Inspections. The home inspection will identify areas that don’t
meet current building standards, and issues that have arisen in the time you have
owned the home. The home inspector will deliver a home inspection report that will
accurately document the issues, and enable a more complete dialogue with the home
builder.
Virtual Home Inspection

scanning are conducted in all areas of western Washington. Property Condition Assessments
are provided by an inspector within the guidelines prescribed in ASTM 2018. More
